Why I work with women-led

I believe in balance and justice.

Star sign: Libra

I also believe that the way we do business is out of whack. I think we need to redress an imbalance to get to a place where we do business that reflects the masculine and feminine.

Survival of the fittest is out. The Collective is à la mode.

Masculine and feminine equally represented

I’ve made an intentional choice to focus on supporting female founders and women-led businesses. This decision didn’t happen by accident:

  • It reflects my values

  • I believe in the transformative power of
    the feminine

  • I want to contribute to a more ethical and inclusive business world

Women-Led Businesses Are Redefining Success

Traditional business models often prioritise profit above all else. But women-led businesses are turning that on its head. Many female founders build their companies on empathy, sustainability, and community impact. They don’t just measure success in terms of how much money they make, rather how much of a difference they make. More often than not, they’re not selling stuff, they’re selling transformation.

Women Empower Women

One thing I’ve noticed about working with other women is that (stero-typically) female founders show commitment to lifting others up. Either through mentoring, creating fairer working environments, or selling services that empower their clients. Women tend to lean in to collaborate with others. Don’t get me wrong, we’re just as capable of control-freakery as the next person, but perhaps better at climbing down from that position.

I see every project as an opportunity to inspire other women to chase their dreams.

Bridging the Gender Gap

Despite the strides women have made in business, gender inequality is still very real. Women:

  • receive less venture capital funding

  • face more barriers to entry

  • are underrepresented in leadership roles.

By working with women-led businesses, I’m actively choosing to support and spotlight women who are challenging this inequality and making new pathways we can all follow.

By championing women’s success I hope to help level the playing field - even though it’s no game.

Sharing Stories

The women I work with are passionate about their businesses and deeply committed to making an impact. And so am I. I choose to work with these founders because their values align with mine and their stories inspire me.

When I support a women-led business, I’m not merely creating content. I’m sharing a story that reflects purpose, authenticity, and connection.

These stories matter.

The Joy of Collaboration

Working with female founders isn’t just meaningful - it’s incredibly rewarding. These women are creative, resilient, and unafraid to be curious. There’s something uniquely powerful about women working together. It can be a partnership that sparks creativity and innovation.

Empathy Brings Impact

At the heart of it, my decision to work with women-led businesses comes down to impact. Whether it’s through their products, services, or the way they run their companies, these business owners are committed to changing lives. I’m inspired by their vulnerability and bravery and hope that I can help in some small way.

Of course I work with men, too [I’m not a monster] but they are men who are comfortable enough to step into this space. Men who work for organisations that hold values like mine. They are curious, audience-embracing, ethical and have authentic voices that we can really harness to drive change in our world.

I’m all about aligning my work with my values. Together, we’re building a future where business serves our communities, lifts us all up, and makes the world a better place.

If you’re a female founder or leading a values-driven business, let’s connect.

Your voice deserves to be heard, and I’d love to help you tell your story.
